Taekwondo

Our Current Class Program and Schedule

Taekwondo is a Korean martial art that utilizes dynamic kicking, striking and blocking. It is an excellent art for both children and adults as it emphasizes the tradional tenets of martial arts such as, Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverence, Self-Control and Indomitable Spirit.
