Our Jiu-Jitsu classes are designed to improve the health, performance and mental acuity of the beginner and expert alike. The techniques are based on efficiency and effectiveness in controlling and / or subduing your attacker. Self-defense techniques along with throws and takdeowns round out this art with main emphasis on ground control and escapes.

Our Current Class Program and Schedule

Course 1: Jiu-Jitsu for Beginners


Features of the course:

  • takedowns and throws
  • escapes from pins and holds common to grappling
  • fundamental attacks and positional control
  • functional body-weight exercises focusing on agility, flexibility and strength
  • Gi and No-Gi training available



Mon-Wed-Fri    6pm to 7pm
